Fitchburg State University Conlon Hall

Mr. Cronin moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7066-8001, by inserting the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 shall be expended for Conlon Hall at Fitchburg State University;" and further amend said item by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$11,000,000".
