NECC Career and Technical Education

Messrs. Tarr, Finegold and Payano move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7066-8004, by adding the following words: “provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 be expended for Northern Essex Community College facilities for high school career and technical education”; and by striking out the figure "$120,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$130,000,000".
