Prepaid Gift Cards

Mr. Moore moves that the proposed new draft be amended by striking out the words “and (ii) prepaid gift cards or stored value cards, regardless of where any such card may be redeemed, which are  sold to consumers at face value or a premium or discount thereto”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(ii) prepaid gift cards or stored value cards, regardless of where any such card may be redeemed, which are sold to consumers at face value or a premium or discount thereto; and (iii) motor fuels”.
