Debbie's Treasure Chest

Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Debbie's Treasure Chest in the city of Lawrence to provide aid and support to disadvantaged and at-risk families in the Merrimack Valley; ”and by striking out the figure "$26,045,152" and inserting in place thereof the figure "26,095,152".
