Elevated Thought

Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to Elevated Thought, Inc. to support the creation of murals in the city of Lawrence"; and by striking out the figure "$26,045,152" and inserting in place thereof the figure "26,120,152".
