Messrs. Driscoll, O'Connor and Keenan moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by inserting after “commonwealth” the following: “; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Blue Hills Observatory; and in said item by striking out the figures “112,563,141” and inserting in place thereof the figures "112,663,141”.
