MAPC Assessment Rate

Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section__ the following section:-

SECTION__. The second paragraph of Section 29 of Chapter 40B of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting the sentence: "Such assessment shall not exceed a sum equivalent to 50 cents per capita for the fiscal year 2015." and inserting in place thereof the following sentence: “Such assessment shall not exceed a sum equivalent to 75 cents per capita for the fiscal year 2027."
