Foreclosure Pilot Program Implementation

Ms. Edwards and Ms. Miranda moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following:- and provided further that $5,000,000 shall be expended for the Attorney General's office, to work and coordinate with Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration to implement the foreclosure mediation pilot program pursuant to chapter 150, section 129 of the Acts of 2024 to be offered to borrowers and creditors, by agreement to begin not later than 1 November 2025" .
