BAMS Fest

Ms. Miranda moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $40,000 to BAMS Fest, Inc. for cultural programming centered on racial equity, creative freedom and economic empowerment for creative entrepreneurs"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$140,000".
