Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for LEADS, Inc. to support leadership development”; and by striking out the figure “$6,358,084” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$6,558,084”.
