Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by striking out the words:- "; provided further, that not less than $375,000 shall be expended to Commonwealth Shakespeare Company for the purpose of free programming on the Boston Common and accessible live theater programming and educational initiatives in the greater Boston area".
