Roots Rising

Mr. Mark moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0107, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for Roots Rising, Inc. to support the development of the Farm and Education Center in the city of Pittsfield"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000”; and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$200,000”.
