Public Disclosure of State Contracts

Mrs. Dooner and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following new section:—

SECTION __.

(b) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all contracts executed by an agency, department, office, or public authority of the commonwealth shall be made publicly available through a centralized online platform maintained by the executive office for administration and finance. Said platform shall be updated on a monthly basis and shall include, at a minimum, the contract amount, vendor name, purpose, and duration.
