Biodiversity Fund

Messrs. Moore, O'Connor and Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2300-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Biodiversity Fund established in section 35D1/2 of chapter 10 of the General Laws”; and by striking out the figure “$2,143,914” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$2,393,914".
