Buzzards Bay Water Quality

Messrs. Fernandes, Moore, Cyr and Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by inserting after "all departments" the following:- "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a coastal water quality and natural resource monitoring program in Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound administered by the Buzzards Bay Coalition, Inc.”.
