Entrepreneurial Fellowships

Messrs. Collins and Fernandes moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2E, in item 1595-6232, by adding the following words:- "; provided, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be appropriated for investments to support entrepreneurial fellowships enabling the translation of research into businesses, products, and jobs in the energy, transportation, and buildings sectors, as directed by the 2050 Clean Energy and Climate Plan"; and by striking out the figure "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$6,000,000”.
