Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2300-0100, by inserting at the end the following:-- "; provided further that the George L. Darey Inland Fisheries and Game Fund shall be reimbursed annually from the General Fund for all lost revenue attributed to the issuance of discounted and free hunting and fishing licenses."
