Messrs. Eldridge, Gómez, Collins, Mark, Moore, Keenan and Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0600, by inserting after the word “commission” the following words:- “; provided further that the department shall operate and maintain the Occupational Health Surveillance Program;”.
