Mr. Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0790, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $4,800,000 shall be expended to support emergency medical services in Nashoba Valley"; and by striking out the figure "$500,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$5,300,000".
