Messrs. Gómez, Oliveira, Velis and Mark moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0110, by adding the following: “;provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts to support the 413Cares centralized database of community services in western Massachusetts”; and further by striking out “$5,335,599” and inserting in place thereof “$5,535,599”
