Mr. Keenan, Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Gómez and Lewis, Ms. Miranda and Messrs. Mark, Payano, Driscoll and Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5042-5000, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that department case manager staffing levels shall not be reduced below fiscal year 2025 case manager staffing levels"; and

In section 2, in item 5046-0000, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that department case manager staffing levels shall not be reduced below fiscal year 2025 case manager staffing levels".
