Prescription Drug Assistance

Messrs. Rush, Tarr and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following section:-

'SECTION XX. Section XX.  Sections 131 and 226 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2012 are hereby repealed.'
