Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0110, by adding the following words:- "; provided further that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for infrastructure and operational upgrades related to expanding access to dental care and primary care services at Geiger Gibson Community Health Center in the Dorchester section of the city of Boston"; and by striking out the figure “$5,335,599” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$5,460,599”.
