Mr. Collins and Ms. Miranda moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended the New England Medical Association to support key initiatives that will advance equity in healthcare access, black physician recruitment and retention, and professional development"; and by striking out the figure "$158,090,882" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$158,590,882".
