Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 9110-1604, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be granted to Hearth, Inc. for upgrades and other improvements, including those necessary for the operation of facilities operated by Hearth Inc. in the city of Boston"; and by striking out the figure "$11,642,961" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$11,892,961".
