Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following words:- “; provided further that no less than $250,000 shall be expended to Harbor Health Services for a grant program to prevent and treat addiction to opioid and related substances"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$350,000”.
