Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Ms. Jehlen and Messrs. Lewis, Gómez, Keenan, Moore, Collins, O'Connor and Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0601, by inserting the following words:-"; provided further, that not less than $9,000,000 shall be allocated to the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) for a rate increase above rates effective as of January 1, 2025, to ensure the financial stability of said programs and their ability to continue to provide services to older adults and disabled individuals”; and by striking out the figure “$5,109,838,566” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “$5,118,838,566”.
