Messrs. Gómez and Oliveira moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to Martin Luther King Jr. Family Services, Inc. for capital improvements"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$350,000".
