Adult Day Health Programs

Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Cronin and Moore, Ms. Kennedy and Messrs. Montigny, Collins, O'Connor, Eldridge and Keenan moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0601, by inserting the following:- "provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, MassHealth shall maintain and pay base rates to providers of Adult Day Health Services at not less than the current rates of $106.32 for the Basic level of service, $136.72 for the Complex level of service, and transportation rates not less than $28.56 for ambulatory and $34.98 wheelchair service".
