Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Rausch, Mr. Gómez, Ms. Miranda, Messrs. Moore, Mark, Lewis, Finegold, Eldridge and Keenan and Ms. Creem moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting after the words “June 30, 2026” the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts to support continuing access to sexual and reproductive health care and community needs” ; and by striking out the figure “$158,090,882” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$160,090,882”.
