Lynn Community Health Center Rate Adjustment

Mr. Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, MassHealth shall make, to correct for rate impairment, a one-time MassHealth Prospective Payment System (PPS) rate adjustment for Lynn Community Health, Inc. to $301.59 per medical and behavioral health encounter, retroactive to January 1, 2024-December 31, 2024. Starting January 1, 2025 and going forward, this new rate will be adjusted via the Medicare index and approved MassHealth mechanisms.”.
