Mr. Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $450,000 shall be expended to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, Inc.”; and by striking out the figure "$7,200,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$7,650,000".
