Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 9110-1630, by adding the following words: - “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for NeighborHealth Corporation for medically necessary transportation services to seniors participating in Neighborhood PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)".
