Strengthening the Special Education Circuit Breaker Program

Mr. Oliveira, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Gómez, Collins, Mark, Durant, Cronin, Moore, Fattman, Tarr, Eldridge and Keenan, Ms. Edwards, Mr. Payano, Mrs. Dooner, Messrs. Finegold, O'Connor, Lewis and Driscoll, Ms. Creem and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7061-0012, by striking out the figure “75” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “90”; and by striking out the figure $491,991,844” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$700,318,066”; and 

By inserting, after section 90, the following two sections:-

SECTION 91.  Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure “$45,793” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$37,120”.

SECTION 92. Said section 5A of said chapter 71B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 50, the figure “75” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “90”.
