Messrs. Collins and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the implementation of a program to support civics education learning opportunities in coordination with the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library Foundation, Incorporated, that focuses on underserved communities and other communities, across the commonwealth”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$600,000”.
