Bilingual Inclusive Education Teacher Residency Program

Messrs. Collins, Gómez and Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to Boston public schools for the Bilingual Inclusive Education Teacher Residency program to support and sustain bilingual special education teachers of color in the Boston Public Schools”, and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,100,000”.
