Mr. Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7066-0000, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to Thrive Scholars to support college to career services”; and by striking out the figure "$7,633,511" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$7,883,511".
