GIC Premiums

Mr. Mark, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Gómez and Collins, Ms. Miranda, Messrs. Payano, Driscoll, Eldridge and Keenan, Ms. Edwards and Mr. Fernandes moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1108-5200, by striking the following sentence:-

“provided further, that the rules for determining the commonwealth’s share of the group insurance premiums for retired state employees shall be the same as the standards in effect on July 1, 2012”

and inserting in its place the following:

“provided further, that the rules for determining the commonwealth’s share of the group insurance premiums for active and retired state employees shall be the same as the standards in effect on July 1, 2012”.
