MAPC Assessment

Mr. Barrett, Ms. Rausch and Mr. Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:- 

“SECTION XX. The second paragraph of Section 29 of Chapter 40B of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting the sentence:- ‘Such assessment shall not exceed a sum equivalent to 50 cents per capita for the fiscal year 2015.’ and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- ‘Such assessment shall not exceed a sum equivalent to 75 cents per capita for the fiscal year 2027.’”
