3A Funding eligibility

Messrs. Tarr and Durant, Mrs. Dooner and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Clause (b) of Section 3A of Chapter 40A is hereby amended by inserting after the end thereof the "; provided further no other state funding or grants shall be added without specific statutory authorization"
