The People’s Academy

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for The People’s Academy to support its pre-apprenticeship program training inner-city residents in the copper trade“; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$200,000”.
