Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding the following words:- “; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council, Incorporated to provide mental health, wellness, and suicide prevention services to emergency service providers in Northeastern Massachusetts”; by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “$200,000”.
