POST Training Clarification

Mr. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-

"SECTION __. Section 1 of chapter 6E is hereby amended, in the definition of “Law enforcement officer”, by inserting after the word “reason” the following words:- , provided however, and without expanding the definition of an arrest, an arrest for the purposes of this definition shall not include an eviction."
