Messrs. Moore, Cronin, Durant, Mark, Eldridge and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0150, by adding the following words:- "; provided, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be utilized for services performed by these organizations and not for attached projects"; and striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$2,000,000".
