Ms. Miranda moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding the following words:- "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Compete with Purpose, Inc. for the Score4More, Inc.’s annual Save R Streets event, a 2-day basketball tournament and peace weekend aimed at reducing violence in the city of Boston;" and in said item by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$150,000”.
