ADA- Compliance for the Manchester-by-the-Sea public library in Manchester-by-the-Sea

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $5,000 shall be expended for ADA compliance upgrades at the Manchester-by-the-Sea public library in the town of Manchester-by-the-Sea"; and by striking the figure "$10,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-"$10,005,000".
