Patriots Memorial Park

Messrs. Finegold and Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-1616, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of North Andover for the creation of a 9/11 memorial at Patriots Memorial Park”; and by striking out the figure “$250,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “275,000”.
