Messrs. Rush and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Matt Brown Foundation, Inc. in Norwood to support individuals and families living with or recovering from illness or injury, with a particular emphasis on those living with or recovering from spinal cord injuries”; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "$125,000".
