Storage unit in the program room at the Rowley Public Library

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following words:-"; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for a storage unit at the Rowley Public Library in the town of Rowley," and by striking the figure, "$10,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"$10,010,000"
