Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting, in section 2, after the word "requirements", in line 12, the following words:- " shall include a requirement that a tenant maintain a renter's insurance policy that provides coverage for an injury or property damage caused by a pet to a third party, and ".
